Nri Sikhs don't call themselves parcharaks.

A person who calls himself a parcharak has a higher moral duty to perform in a society.

These parcharaks preach that Maya is false and simran is the only true thing in this world.

So nri Sikhs can always ask the parcharaks to do parchar in the villages of northern India as its the need of the hour.

A fundamental issue we run into Dharmically, is who pays for what and how?  It's a really fascinating meeting in the middle between the people denouncing maya and the ones with the maya to pay for them to spread that message.
