Santhia is to teach how to say the gurbani proplerly, and it teaches you the meanings of the gurbani. If you live in canada, you can get santhia by damdami taksali singhs ( i think they are taksalis) at malton gurudwara. If you have close taksalis friend, then you can ask them to give you private santhia lessons. Malton gurdwara is in ontario, in the GTA area. If you do not live by malton, try asking the granthi or some singhs at the gurdwara to teach you.
