You know in the "Sadh Sangat" smagams they have a system that the local sangat hosts the visiting sangat.

So everybody goes for the smagam at the darbar sahib in the morning and evening, but they sleep at sangat's houses.

When you go there, every house has mattresses, "Dhan Guru Nanak" and "Waheguru" signs, towels, blankets, everything is all set up.

Wherever the SikhSangat samelan / conference happens, the accomodations and food should all be covered by local sangat, because they don't have to pay for airfare.

maybe we should play this game in reality: If we do the thing in Toronto then they TO ppls have to pay more than ppls from California, UK and so on. If we do it in California then guys like me and other californians will try to cover the whole expense of the cabins and khana peena. So maybe this is good way to bring more sangata to camps  Same to the UK ppls.. They will cover the cabins expense as much as they can and we all americas ppls will fly over to uk.. Fair eehh? 

In that case Go Canada!!! just joking...thats brilliant Vicky Veer Ji...your right tho abt gettin an idea of the number of people who would be willing to come tho ........and having it in the pind would be great (thats why I suggested canada) :umm:

IF it were to be in BC, it would not be in vancouver, but most likely in SURREY (if outside sangat is planning on staying with local sangat)

As long as you stay within two blocks of Khalsa school, you're safe .

i say CANADA 05' B.C. Vancouver and while were all gonna be together here we can get over the moderate issue 2 :TH: but ye the rest is upto the sangat :umm:
