Waheguroo Jee Ka Khalsa! Waheguroo Jee Kee Fateh!! Sadhsangat ji i was wondering if the keertan was recorded from the abyhas Smagam that was held at Khalsa school. It was beautiful. At The Raensabyee there were people recording it and I was wondering are they going to keep the recordings to themselves or are they going to be uploaded on any of the keertan sites?

Today has been a fantastic day. From the morning I have been watching alpha and then went to the Gurdwhara did some seva and did Darshan of Guru Granth Sahib Jee. Could sangat express their day whay they did on the day of Guru Granth Sahib Jee's 400th parkash. This is the biggest day ever for me and i loved this day. Vaheguru bless me with your Kirpa. did anyone see live coverage from darbar sahib this morning? it was live coverage from darbar sahib. didnt show the hukamnama. but all i can say is giani puran singh is one lucky guy. anyway, jaloe sahib (maharaj's royal treasury) was on display for 1 and a hlaf hours. Giani Mohan Singh looked so happy to do chaur sahib ji ki sewa. anyway, exactly miday (indian standard time), jathedar vedanti launched the new tv channel designed for parchaar for sikhi, 24/7 paath and bani and gurmat ithihasic vichaar. coming to a screen near you.... ETC KHALSA.

SaadhSangat, I have a few questions regarding Gurbani by Bhagats & Bhats such Bhagat Farid Ji, Bhagat Kabir Ji, Bhagat Ravidas and all others in Guru Granth Sahib Jee. I've been confused on this for some time...... 1) How do we regard these Bhagats? ie. As Hindu/ Muslim or as Gur Kai Sikh? 2) Did all the Bhagats & Bhats recieve Charan Pahul Amrit to regard themselves as Sikh? 3) If we regard them as Muslim/Hindu, then isn't that just supporting the views of some Muslim and Hindus who say Sikhism is a mixture of these 2 religions? 4) I've heard some Sikhs say that Sikhism is all the best parts taken from Islam…

Waheguru Ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji ki Fateh! I need some help finding specific quotes from Sri Guru Granth Sahib Jee which explains that Guru Granth Sahib jee is our only Guru. There are these namdharis and their pissing me off (since i don't know anything about Sikhi) they keep challenging where it says in Guru Granth Sahib jee that Guru Granth is only our Guru.. back then was waaaay different. ppl didn’t attend higher education or have much to do after the age of like… 13, lol. you’d have 13 year olds boys and girls that know how to do kethi, cook entire meals, etc nowadays even 22 year olds are extremely immature and can be sheltered. the average person doesn’t know how to do anything except their 9-5 which they are probably half arsing as well. -

Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras. The truth is that they weren't goats. It was she-goats (ਬਕਰੀਆਂ). He jhatka'd she-goats. Not he-goats." Wow. This is possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard in relation to Sikhi.
