baba hari singh ji are now in Leicester for this full week. After their katha they invited me my wife and my 3 month daughter to the house in which they are staying. such is their nimerta that they played with my daughter for ages and on top of that prepared food and served myself and my wife and would not eat until we had finished. After they went on and explained about the lineage of taksal, the sarbloh and dasam granth also. Now you have to admit that is down to earth for a sadhu sant.

atamras keertan in going to be at Guru Tegh Bahadur Gurdwara on the 18th, 19th and 20th of August. Some of the ragis there will be Bhai Harjinder Singh Ji srinagar walae, Bhai Ravinder Singh Ji from Darbar Sahib, Bhai Niranjan Singh Ji Jwaddi Kalan Walae and Bhai Davinder Singh Sodhi. Also the commitee are trying to get a sant smagam together on these days also as Baba Jagjeet Singh Ji Harkhowalae came back to the uk for the first time in 5 years. Vaheguroo Jee Ka Khalsa Vaheguroo Jee Kee Fateh!!! For any sangat in Vancouver, there are weekly keertan programs every friday in memory of Rena Kaur, Parminder Singh, and Charanjit Singh jee. They are held at Amrit Parkaash Gurdwara in Surrey at the corner of 123 A and 80th ave. The programs are fairly short, consisting of simran and keertan for about 1 1/2 hours from about 7:30 - 9:00 pm. If the sangat wishes, programs can be made longer and something other than kirtan can also be done. The programs are very short right now, PLEASE show your support and remember the legacy these three gursikhs left for the panth by taking some time out and coming to the programs. Vah…

I just like to tell you all, that Gurmukhi Unicode can be used to type in Punjabi letters in Sikhsangat.com The benifit with Unicode is that text can be searched using Gurmukhi letters, instead of Roman "Gurmukhi fonts". Plus you don't need to download any fonts to view it, if you have Internet Explorer 6 or higher. juz wondering why we don't use soap in our hair? is it not good for hair? we don't use shampoo for hair anywhere else on our body so why use shampoo for hair on head? maybe this is stupid question.

back then was waaaay different. ppl didn’t attend higher education or have much to do after the age of like… 13, lol. you’d have 13 year olds boys and girls that know how to do kethi, cook entire meals, etc nowadays even 22 year olds are extremely immature and can be sheltered. the average person doesn’t know how to do anything except their 9-5 which they are probably half arsing as well. -

Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras. The truth is that they weren't goats. It was she-goats (ਬਕਰੀਆਂ). He jhatka'd she-goats. Not he-goats." Wow. This is possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard in relation to Sikhi.
