I just met one person today......he is amritdhari..... While having a word with him he asked me....in ur opinion who is Amritdhari..... I said whosoever follow Guruji is Amritdhari....then while discussing some issue related to sikhi he said I m 3ho sikh.....I dont understand y people classify themselves as 3HO, AKJ n other jathas....means its better to call urself a sikh rather then further classifying it......, Fer loki kende gussa kyo kardi e eh kudi...... Y these sikhs dont understand that jathebandi can never b part of Sikhism......

i have got failure in my career.. i came back home fer amrit chak leya.. saab thek chal reha c ..bt meri frndz naal ladai ho geyi everyone left me alone.... ik de main kol ja k lad aya becz ohh menu bolda c..i did wrong..parents v dukhi ne i could not get sucess in anything...ajj 3din ho gaye main nitname ni kita..i felt all alone...wt should i do...? :-(

Hi all I had a question for all of you who follow strict bibek rehit. It makes no sense to me at all. Bibek from what I understand should be not to eat jootah food, or food made from bad people. This is understandable and I respect that. However I know so many AKJ Amritdharis that simply will not eat food at random Gurdwaras, and from other Amritdharis (including their own mothers!!) who are not part of the AKJ. To me this is just cultish behavior and screams of blind practices which make no sense with the teaching of the Gurus. For example... Gurfeteh ji I just wanted to ask here in the U.K, loads of singhs which claim they belong to the nihang jathe go to the namdhari gurdwara and do programs there like gatka and shastar vidya there...why do they do it there? Because don't nihangs mainly live by the teachings of Guru Gobind Singh Ji and our 10th Guru gave gurgaddi to Guru Granth Sahib and these singhs are doing programs at a place where NamDhari believe Guru Gobind Singh ji didn't give gurgaddi to Guru Granth sahib Kinda confused...

My brothers and sisters. Recently I have come to have some doubts about the existence of God. This is because of many reasons. First of all, I see many people who do evil acts, are hateful, deceitful etc. seem to prosper and be rewarded in this life. On the other hand, I have seen many righteous people who have done no harm to others. They seem to suffer with illness, crime, early death etc. I know there are several theories eg past life, reincarnation and karma and that god supposedly gave us all free will. Leaving aside Guru ji, the general question of taking afeem (opium) in limited quantities for war/medical wounds is simply unproblematic. When you go to the hospital, they give you morphine. What do you think morphine is? It's an opiate. Even codeine (cough syrup) is an opiate! Ever had a cough? Granted, it is against Gurmat to take opium or other drugs for the fun of it. -
Yeah, that's one possibility. Another I initially thought is that it's a Muslim trying to gather info. But then, you might ask, how does he know about Sikh textual sources. Well, you'd be surprised at their resourcefulness. A final possibility is he's a weak Sikh who was asked a question by a non-Sikh and now he's suddenly feverishly wondering where it's "written" that you can't marry a young child. To the latter, I would say, you're looking in the wrong spot. back then was waaaay different. ppl didn’t attend higher education or have much to do after the age of like… 13, lol. you’d have 13 year olds boys and girls that know how to do kethi, cook entire meals, etc nowadays even 22 year olds are extremely immature and can be sheltered. the average person doesn’t know how to do anything except their 9-5 which they are probably half arsing as well.
