  1. Its obviously a false flag event created by the hindustani terrorists (indian government agents) in order to justify more flooding of troops and intelligence agents in Sikh majority state of Indian punjab because the sarbat khalsa is going to take place this april 2016 where verification of who we want as leaders of the Sikh kaum will take place. When that happens SGPC and badal wont have any power and there will be unrest in punjab. They are putting their indian army terrorist assets in place to deal with any violence that may occur. As for islamic jihadis launching attacks in punjab rather than indian kashmir where their issue and beef is well that notion is a fallacy, how comes they never showed their faces of these muslim militants in gurdaspur and now in this incident they wont show these peoples faces. The kashmiri militant group handlers know if they upset the Sikhs of punjab their will be a backlash against pakistan, against muslims and loss of any support for freedom of kashmir therefore its not in their interests but it is in the interests of the indian establishment to cause these incidents make it appear as if pakistan based jihadis are causing trying trouble in indian punjab which is already full of BSF, RAW agents, IB, NSG Commando's, Regular indian army troops, paramilitary punjab police troops, etc. Isnt it strange that when a right ring hindu nationalist like nehendra modi comes to power all these attacks start to happen in punjab where Sikh geo-political interest area's? When BJP were in power 40 of our kashmiri Sikhs were murdered in march 2000. So there is a deep rooted conspiracy here, one which the global Sikh community must investigate and find the answers to. Never trust the hindustani dogs or their media they never tell the truth and only spew out propaganda to serve their national interests and agenda.

  2. Our bazurgs are notorious for being gullible and ignorant of everything - it was hardly some Machiavellian undertaking on the part of the young Dhadrianwale to get those fools to bow before him. They should be just as ashamed of themselves and their pitiful behavior as Bhai Sahib should be for having accepted it.

  3. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/crime/senior-officers-still-target-other-crimes-above-child-grooming-8932247.html Senior officers 'still target other crimes above child grooming' Approach 'varied significantly' across the force's four districts - Sheffield, Barnsley, Doncaster and Rotherham Jonathan Brown Monday, 11 November 2013 Senior officers from the police force that was heavily criticised over its handling of child sexual exploitation cases continue to prioritise burglary and vehicle crime over grooming victims, a report by Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary (HMIC) found. The watchdog expressed "serious concern" over the actions of South Yorkshire Police which it ordered to improve with inspectors describing an inconsistent approach to child protection at local levels of the force. Chief constable David Crompton was told to "get a grip" on child sex offending in Rotherham by senior MPs last year following claims of widespread abuse of girls by Asian men in the town. In 2010 five men were jailed for grooming teenagers for sex. It was the first in a series of high-profile cases over the last three years that have revealed harrowing evidence of exploitation across England including Rochdale, Derby and Oxford. South Yorkshire Police has faced claims that it was reluctant to bring about prosecutions of alleged sex gangs because of racial sensitivities over the ethnicity of alleged perpetrators. In 2012 it bought no successful prosecutions, a senior officer told the Home Affairs Select Committee. An investigation by The Times claimed police and child protection agencies in Rotherham had extensive knowledge of these activities for a decade, yet failed to act. Today's report found: "Many of the staff interviewed for this inspection felt that the emphasis from senior and middle local managers was still more focused on dealing with offences such as burglary and vehicle crime, rather than child sexual exploitation (and both the notices displayed in police stations, and some of the documentation reviewed for this inspection support this perception)." HMIC called for South Yorkshire Police, which is also at the centre of continuing controversy over its role in the Hillsborough disaster, to carry out an audit of its response to child sexual exploitation in in accordance a national policing action plan -something it was supposed to have carried out in the summer. Inspectors said the force is unable to evaluate the quality of its protective work as in some cases there was no record in the case file of the level of support and intervention provided by police and partners to the victim. The report was one of three inquiries commissioned South Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner Shaun Wright. It concluded that Mr Wright and the Chief Constable had made child sexual exploitation a top priority for the force. Between January and March 2013 South Yorkshire trained all of its 1,700 frontline staff in relation to child sexual exploitation. It praised staff for being "conscientious, enthusiastic, and focused" on helping children. But it said whilst there were" pockets of good and effective practice" the approach varied significantly across the force's four districts - Sheffield, Barnsley, Doncaster and Rotherham. "HMIC also found that many staff in public protection and children safeguarding specialist units were working in crowded offices, were poorly equipped, and found it difficult to manage their workloads. This situation is adversely disproportionate to the importance the PCC and chief constable have placed on this area of policing," the report said.

  4. Avtar Singh Gill, Barrister, in his narrative of the 80's provides several cases where many Sikh policemen and soldiers were killed by fascist Hindu mobs. Surprisingly the victims' Hindu colleagues stood there quietly or even joined in that's how united they were with Sikhs. Ensaaf is also dealing with similar cases.

  7. Perhaps you could explain what kind of 'terrorists' fight their way into a bloody military base so that they can sit on their bums for an entire day? There were 4 of these so-called 'terrorists'. Waaay too few to orchestrate some hostile takeover of the place, especially when one considers that it is "very very large" according to you. Their only objective could have been to cause maximum chaos - so why would they hide for 24 hours? Hindus really are the worst propagandists in human history. And I always thought lying was the forte of the Brahmins.

  9. Because these hypothetical conscious machines would have been brought into existence by human beings? Is the same not true of us humans brother? God may endow a child with a soul but ultimately the decision to create a child is taken by its parents. The decision by a learned scientist to bring a synthetic being into existence is not so different from this. All that transpires within this universe is Maharaj's Hukam. This is a very tricky philosophical concept, often interpreted by the faithful to mean that God issues rules and commandments, has likes and dislikes, and controls everything like an omnipotent puppeteer. I think its more subtle than that, comparable to a very long line of dominoes. The all powerful one instigates things and sets them into motion, like the human species, and what happens to them thereafter is their own doing. But God as our creator is ultimately responsible for all that we do. God endowed us with the sapience and intelligence which may one day lead us to create artificial intelligence, is it impossible that A.I. therefore falls within the purview of the Hukam? The soul is immaterial, it has no moorings to this physical world. I don't see why it should be incapable of inhabiting (for want of a better word) a body made of metal instead of a body made of meat. We humans have a tendency towards self aggrandizement. It is worth bearing in mind, in anticipation of the next time we feel superior and cocky, that we are little more than meat. God is Almighty, there is nothing stopping him from imbuing an A.I - at the moment when it first flickers to life (as a human embryo does) - with a soul if he so wills it.

  10. In theory, this is a nice little thread. I salute not2cool2rgue's valiant effort to instigate an intellectual discussion based on historical events. The man (or woman....for, in my experience, it is mostly women with whom you shouldn't argue......unless you (unlike me) are capable of making your own roti) deserves upmost respect for starting this thread. Ordinarily, I'd be in my element on this thread but there;s something about it that reminds me of what I teach my boys when I sit them down for one my 'history lectures' and for that reason, I'm going to rewind a generation before the American Civil War and tell you Sikh brothers and sisters that it is the American War of Independance that s most relevant to we, the Sikhs......and one that we should not relent in reminding not only the Indians about but also using as a lobbying tool amongst American Senators and Congresmen, for it is one that would make the entire American nation understand and support our cause: Let us, of course, remind ourselves how the Indians refer to the night of 31st October 1984 in Delhi where 5000 Sikhs were murdered and 10000 Sikh women were gang-raped, as a 'riot'. Keep that thought in your mind for one moment. Now though, transplant yourselves to America in 1770. It was a nation ruled by the British. It was part of Britain. There were some that were OK with that and there were some that wern't. The ones that wern't were labelled 'terrorists' by the govt and subjected to the kind of torture, imprisonment and death that the Sikhs of India 2016 know only too well as the present rather than 'history'. But then came something that happened in Boston on March 5th 1770. The British murdered a lot of Americans. It was not the first time. They'd murdered Americans before but what made this different is the word that they used. It was a massacre. Even a child who had no concept of the word 'massacre' knew that this type of killing must be a massacre. The British however, refused to call it a 'massacre'. Instead, they described it as a 'riot'. There were debates in the British Parliament about whether what happened in Boston could be called a 'riot' even though it was clearly a massacre. In the end though, after the debates, they realised how semantics could either chalenge or reinforce their rule so.....They described it as the 'Boston Riot'. At that point, the entire American nation became united. They realised that if the occupying force can describe thier mass murder as a 'riot' rather than the massacre that it was than that must mean that they (the occupying force) must place a very low value on theirs and their children's lives. And so, from that moment, because the words 'riot' and 'massacre' meant so much to people who genuinely believed in self-determination and freedom, the American revolution was born. From that moment, because of that reason, it became the entire American nation against the British, and we all know who won that one. And so, every story, or every post, must have a moral and I suppose the moral of this one is that we shouldn't be looking for inspiration in the American Civil War when then the American War of Idependance just a few years before, shows us that their catalyst is our catalyst. Should we not be showing the most powerfull and influential nation on earth tthat we are them ?

  14. These Panj Pyaras are a prime target of Badal Parivaar and their chumchas since they opposed Badal when he was trying to show he has religious legitimacy over the Sikh protesters. But for the Sikhs no worldly leader has higher authority than Panj Pyaras. Panj Pyaras are Guru roop and they are an institution that is created by the Guru.

  15. I've been under the assumption that A.I. (no matter how advanced) will always be hemmed-in by the parameters specified by the individual programming the A.I. A true A.I. will choose, in this example, to follow Sikhi - or not, as the case may be - like us humans. It must be a free choice IMO. Being programmed to be a Sikh and do everything we imagine the perfect Sikh to do is the true definition of parroting; incredibly convincing and life-like, but nothing but an imitation. Sure, on the surface, that particular artificial being could know SGGS Ji by heart, and does everything such a Sikh would do on a daily basis, but without a soul that originates from God, then to what end will all its efforts be? There's a novel by Kaguo Ishiguro called 'Never Let Me Go' that covers similar ground.

  17. Once Punjabi ladies have had their way with Saag, it's safe to say all nutritional value is close to zero. Sure, it tastes great, but once it's been boiled and then sautéed to death, it's not going to be very healthy. Your semi-skimmed milk and dairy, plus other natural or raw sources of protein is right.

  18. Try and avoid or keep supplements to a minimum. Whole foods is the way to go in general. Protein shakes are very helpful and easy, a couple shakes a day times after some rigorous training can help big time. Cottage cheese is another top draw. Pistachios are another rich source of protein too. Peanut butter yet another. Don't discount good fats too. A wonderful source of slow burning energy for people who train on the regular. Get them nuts in - walnuts, brazils, almonds. Paneer too!
