how did i take it out of context? read the whole post... he clearly said it is better to engage in homosexual activities then to masturbate. now looking from a sikhi POV, both are bad and will effect your jeevan negatively. however in order to engage in any activity with someone according to Rehat, you MUST be married or else it is a kurehit. now seeing as gay marriages do not occur in our religion, Yogi Harbhajan Singh is suggesting it is better to do a KUREHIT then to masturbate, which i think is absurd. A kurehit is the worst thing you can do to your jeevan. I am in no way sayin that it is acceptable to masturbate. There are countless tukhs in Bani telling us of the dangers of Kaam and how we can only fight it with naam. however to suggest that commiting a Kurehit is a better alternative is shocking. you wanna explain what else he might have meant? enlighten me oh Admin Ji.

If your just trying to get into the routine, try and wake up as early as you can, if this means getting up at 5 or 530 then fine. Obviously once you are into the routine of getting up you should try and make this earlier, this way you have more time to do Simran and additional nitnem bania like asa di // etc. Also, if your finding it hard to wake up because your tired, then don't make the task even more difficult by going to bed late( like I'm doing now)) lol. Try and be asleep early so you have about 6 hours of sleep before you get up for amritvela.

How many people commenting here have actualy been To the exhibition? If you haven't, your opinion is worthless. I went today, there is NOTHING wrong with it. I learnt TONNES about the history and saw new pictures and photographs of darbar sahib that I have never seen before. So what if some of niddars supporters are there, they did a great job putting up a nice exhibition. There is actually nothing controversial about it, the controversy is being started by you Internet warriors. Why don't you all just chill and head down there and check it out for yourself?You may be pleasantly surprised....

Why is it that every post that suggests Baba Jarnail Singh is shaheedi has been given 3 or 4 negative reputations? It's not a crime for someone to hold an opinion. If you disagree why dont you try and REASON with the person rather then call them a moorakh ( cough cough ladli fauj) To start with, I want to say I have ONLY RESPECT for Baba Ji, he was braver then I will ever be and I hope to have even a fraction of his gian and jeevan. However, I believe he would have emerged by now if he was alive. Sant Ji was not one to hide when there were injustices, which is obviously clear from the events of 1984, and for that reason I don't, and can't believe he is alive. nala is there so that kashereh dont fall. if you want elastic to make going to the toilet easier then that would suggest that your nala would also be loose in the first place and so its not serving its purpose. adding elastic essentially makes kashereh look like boxers. by having a nala, there is a lot of loose kapra around the edges which is what makes kashereh so baggy. i think you would have a lot of problems trying to even create kashereh which have a nala and elastic. it takes me 5 secs to do my nala, i dont think those few seconds are going to make a difference to the rest of your day.

Dasam Granth is NOT our Guru, we have 11 Gurus, our final Guru is Sri Guru Granth Sahib. i know what you are going to say.. bani guru guru hai bani vich bani amrit sarai...... in such case, our gutkeh in our rooms are Guru's as they contain Bani. Dasam Granth was not given Guruship, therefore it isnt our Guru. /thread
