They're a kavishri jatha, the small drum is called a dhad. The violin is a sarangi.

I know them very well and they speak the truth where it needs to be spoken. They have been in "trouble" a few times regarding Gurdwara committees and GOI. You claim they are speaking the words of the GOI? Lets see and hear your proof.
