do these prooblems still exist like r muslims still trying to attack sikhs nd how did ths all orginate in canada muslims fear sikhs nd sometimes say there punjabi to avoid confrontation

watever WLS has sed is tru, panjabi and pathan pakis r nice guys, but mirpuris are horrible horrible ppl. its funny coz dese idiots wave pakistan flags around, yet other pakistanis (panjabis/pathans/sindhis) dont consider em as pakistanis, rather as outsiders.

in scotland most of the pakistanis r panjabis, n dey dont hav any friction wit sikhs, says it all

They say they're 'Punjabi' because they ARE Punjabi. In fact, 75% of all Punjabis on earth are Pakistani muslims. What makes the England Pakistanis unique, and very very different to Canadian Pakistanis, is the fact that 80% of Pakistanis in England are Mirpuris. The Pakistani Punjabis in England are exactly the same as their kin in Canada. They get on with us Sikhs well and would much rather socialise and mix with us Sikhs than the Mirpuris. Amongst Pakistanis generally, the Mirpuris are seen as jangli lok....lazy backward criminals. Add that fact to the fact that, unlike you canadians, both they and we do not live in the suburbs. We, and they, are by and large an inner city community. Social cohesion problems that are endemic in the inner cities are beyond the comprehension of surburban wallas.

Oh but dont make assumptions we dont live in suburbs either a noe wat u mean though theres sum kashmiris who live here to they went to gurdwara at nagar kritan to cause trouble but got fked over nicely in canada its kashmiris and lebs tht beef wit us but even tht isnt tht big cos ull find sum sikhs in the kashmiri ppls friend circle but there sum disturbing stories of pakiz beating on lone singhs but tha question i have it y dont sikhs and the mirpuris get along like why is there tension r they all like this or is it jus a small group of them nd r there intentions racist or just criminal i been on this forum for a few days and read stories of them attacking our old folks is tht true i mean were all brown at tha end of the day

There's a world of difference between a 'Kashmiri' and a 'Mirpuri'. Essentialy, the Mirpuri is a pahari punjabi. He only calls himself a 'kashmiri' today because his land has been artificialy incorporated into a kashmir province. You can dress a goat as a lion....but its stil a goat..

Look.....the Sikhs in England have excellent relations with Punjabi Pakistanis, genuine kashmiri pakistanis, pathan pakistanis, and baluchi pakistanis. None of those pakistanis I've just mentioned have a good word to say about the mirpuris. They dislike them as much as we do and frankly find them an embarrassment to the good name of their nation.

However, you need to understand that this 'problem' in England you think you understand is largely a 'northern' problem. The largest number of Sikhs in england, such as myself, live in the 'south' where there are very very few mirpuris and thus there are never any problems. However, many of the england sikhs live in the 'north' (including the midlands) where there are literally millions of mirpuris. In these areas of sikh concentrations of the 'north' the Sikhs are outnumbered by mirpuris to the tune of 30-1. Like I said before, the dynamics here are very different to where you live. Its not something you can easily comprehend.

broo could u tell me abit more about the situation though like how did this all happen r these mirpuris intentionally being racist to us or are they just doin it outta bein cirminals. Like i said i live in canada and from wat i herd bout uk pakis i see some similarities with BC sikhs u no wit all the crime. There r som worryin things happenin in my community tho i live in a pooer area in my city nd what im noticing is alot of the sikhs are moving to the suburbs nd in my area alot more pakistanis r moving in some things tht they do r questionable tho like robbin things from sikh ppl car nd they dont mingle wit us i unno did all this tension in the uk start like this like how did this happen i jus wanna no so we can prevent it from happenin here
