Well we can also cut short / eliminate the soruce of such thoughts e.g porn / bad movies, literature, avoid sangat of such ppl who r working as PR of these vikars sitting in the presence of such ppl who deals, change in daily routine , making it more like of GURSIKH (amritvela, simran n nitname and so on......) would really help.

But mind it we are just controlling & killing our ill thoughts which does not mean it is prohibit to do sex with your life partner in Sikhism.
