Rome

I read somewhere a while ago that deep in the vaults of the Vatican there are documents that state that a Holy Man from the east with a companion came to Rome in the 15the century. This was a big event and there was discourse with the heads of the church, but these documents are never revealed to the public.

If Guru Nanak Dev Ji went to the centres of Hinduism, Islan then it could be possible that Guru Ji visited Rome also.

I did hear a Sakhi of Guru Sahib going to Italy(not sure) very long time age.It was about a greedy king..will try to recall or ask around ....BUT,Guru Jee did go to Italy

where you get this information from bundha ...did somebody tell you or u read that from somewhere .. cuz i read that too .. one gori sikh telling to her fiance about guru ji coming to itally

i dont think guru ji went that far!!

cuz its never mentioned...all is written that he visited middle east and came back!!.. if they went further , it must have been written in their biographies!!

I think the first writer to mention that Guruji might have visited Rome was Sardar Trilochan Singh in his book Guru Nanak which was written in 1969 on the 500th birth anniversary. It's not impossible that Guruji visited Rome because he visited the main centres of all religions.
