Songs Stuck In My Head?

Hi guys,

I have this weird problem where 24/7, song tunes are stuck in my mind.. I dont know how to explain it, I'll be playing ice hockey and a tune will be in my mind.

Does anyone know how to get rid of this, this has bothered me since I was like 7.

Do you listen to music a lot ?

I listen to a lot of kirtan now and watever i do i have simran tunes stuck in my head .. i play hockey as well .. its good to be doing simran when someones coming at you wit a breakaway (im a goalie) :wub:

if u have like an ipod or mp3 player or somethin.. get some keertan/simran/bani tracks on it.. and pump them all day.. after a while... it'll be natural for u to start singin keertan ... happens all the time... even at work n school i'll start singin a shabad, and realize afterwards that i'm singin it.. by that time people will already be lookin at me wierd.. hahaha.. probably 'cause of my crusty voice.. hehehe..
