every time you think of her, start saying "vaheguru vaheguru vaheguru" over and over... out loud/mouthin it/in your head loudly ... it helps. remember that the time you spend thinking/admiring her could and should be spent on guru ji - after all, this might be your only chance to remember guru ji, and you should make the best possible use of it. imagine going in front of Guru Gobind Singh and him asking you why you focused on her instead of your guru... not good.
