Waheguroo ji ka khalsa, waheguroo ji ki fathe

Sorry, but I did not like what you said here. What can be more important then the Gurus Fathe. We talk about football players, what happend here and there but you dont find no importance in Gurus Fathe.

Waheguroo ji ka khalsa (the khalsa belongs to waheguroo)

Waheguroo ji ki fathe (the khalsa victory also belongs to waheguroo)

Its not just the meaning, by saying the Gurus fathe to another gursikh we are remembering waheguroo himself. If a gursikh does not reply with a Fathe then Guru Gobind singh will have his back towards that person. Wow if thats not important then I dont know what is.

Awgy Awvq isMG ju pwvY ] vwihgurU kI Pqy bulwvY ]

Whenever he sees another Singh approaching at a distance. He greets him with 'Vaheguru Jee Kaa Khalsa! Vaheguru Jee Kee Fatheh!!'

From a distance, Bhai fauja singh use to say fathe to a singh from a very far distance, if the singh did not reply then he knew something was wrong and would aproach the Gursikh.

Sorry...

Waheguroo ji ka khalsa, waheguroo ji ki fathe!

there are more imporant issues in the world to be solved right now..

there are bhainjees and veerjees on this forum that need a bit of advice so before posting these small and non problamtic issues, read the other ones first.....

Wahehguru Ji Ka Khalsa WahehGuru Ji Ki Fateh

that maybe, but to overlook this as just a 'small' issue in my eyes is wrong, no.gif i was always brought up to say 'fateh' loudly and proudly when i greet another khalsa, (and always get in there first :TH: )

things may change, this is the internet generation, but why slack on the basics....

and if you guys are really that lazy you could cut and paste

Wahehguru Ji Ka Khalsa WahehGuru Ji Ki Fateh

thank you pwalla and akaalseva, there are some khalsa with some sense of right and wrong

you dont take short cuts when uttering Wahehguru's name pray.gif

Wahehguru Ji Ka Khalsa WahehGuru Ji Ki Fateh

Some silly billy's when greeted just mutter 'Waheguru Khalsa Waheguru Fateh' and it's mumbled, why say it then!!!

Wahehguru Ji Ka Khalsa WahehGuru Ji Ki Fateh (cut and paste...it takes but a second)

i've heard them, some shorten it down even further and make waheh khalsa waheh fateh LOL.gif

Wahehguru Ji Ka Khalsa WahehGuru Ji Ki Fateh

Going through the forums alot of the Khalsa here shorten Wahehguru Ji Ka Khalsa WahehGuru Ji Ki Fateh to wjkkwjkf! which i don't understand? its like using text talk. Is it really going to hurt to type in full? they could write a page long topic in perfect english but start with wjkkwjkf? you don't greet other Khalsa in the street by saying W J K K W J K F so why use it anywhere else whether it be emails or internet forums.

Could someone please explain the reasoning behind this, is it to save a few precious seconds? or cant be bothered to type in full?

i await your replies

Wahehguru Ji Ka Khalsa WahehGuru Ji Ki fateh
