Punjabi School

what would u say to putting ur children in sikhi school, i my self dont agree with it, it just would'nt feel right wearing salwaar kameez all day,i was brought up in a normall states school with one punjabi lesson to attend and that was just right for me. be honest to ur self and let me know if u agree with me if not please state ur reasons. only just think about ur children feeling nomall and working in this enviornment.

normal is what the person feels as "normal" in this case, it could be anything. Really, wearing what feels good to you is better than dressing up in a false state of apperance (moderation should be kept in mind).

I guess what the topic started meant was that we are living in a western country, yes we should keep our faith, religion, culture on..... but think the topic starter meant was that should kids not also have the option.

Normality is a state of mind and varies from person to person. hence we are all individuals.

Going to punjabi school is definately helpful in a childs upbringing bringing them close to motherland and its beliefs. but at the same time we are not in motherland
