Did I Do Something Wrong?

The other day i got into a fight with another guy. Initially he just started swearing at me, but then he started slaping me. I just stood there. Then finally one of the slaps almost knocked my dumalla off. After that i dont know hwat happened i just went beserk. I started punch and kicking the guy till he was on the ground crying for mercy. Now i feel bad about it. Did i do something wrong?

hm.. seems like it was initially self defense, but if hes on ground crying for mercy....uh..... then again he almost took off ur dumalla........so u had no choice but to fight bak....

No, i dont see anything wrong. He started it. You didnt do anything until he got real aggresive..as ramneet veer said above...its basically self defence..dont feel guilty!!

hmmm... interesting dilemna thingy u got going on... yh i agree, it sounded like self-defense, but u shud have stopped as soon as u knew he wouldn't have fought back again or summat or maybe if he ws only slappin u, u could have grabbed his hands and kept him under control or summat, i dunno, interesting tho... anyone else got any other views?

I agree with everyone else. Initially, it most likely self defense, but once you knew he wasn't going to fight back, that should have been the end of it.

hmmm it seems like it was self-defense at first, but it sounds like anger took over u, which is no a gud thing. did u try speakin 2 the guy first? altho i no this is hard seen as its about to knck u out.... but jus be careful nxt time, doin things in anger even if it is 4 a gud reason like ur dumalla nearly being knocked off, is not gud.
