hanji v reliable, they make sure you know everything that's going on, keep you up to speed with your order. if you use IM service they are most likely to liase with over that in order to ensure you are happy with everything, i had a shastar made from them last year, they did not post shastars abroad then (don't know if they do now) but they had to get in touch with my family in punjab to sort out collection etc and my family said they were really polite and professional, really trusting!
