the greatest thing i learnt from their katha's is the actual jugti of how to do vaheguruu naam simran,

which has transformed my life. in the divan katha - guruu di mahaanta - sant ji shut decides to shut up abruptly and starts doing this naam simran in the correct way.

here it is, pay attention, close all other windows programs, and try to repeat naam the way he does it.

i feel the key to naam simran is actually to strech vaheguruu gurmantr and repeat it slowly,

i read a book by the present jatherdar of takht patna sahib on naam simran, they also say you should repeat slowly with a firm voice they qouted from gurbani

'har ka bilov na bilovo mere bhai, sahej bilovo jese tat na jahe'

english meaning;- don't rush repeating naam, repeat naam in such a way that the essence is not lost.

Singh there are many files in the link you have provided. What katha are you talking about, can u please name it?
