I admit, its amazing how much your surroundings can effect you, especially if they are on the negative side!

aww. Well, I was just thinking yesterday that I have 2 options to fix myself. Either I start doing 5+ Anand Sahib Paath per day or I start doing Sodarshan Kriya. I know paath will work but I just can't get myself to start :rolleyes2: Sodarshan kriya has done wonders for me in the past so I might start doing it again. But only if I can get my lazy bum to start on it :rolleyes2:

I admit that sounds like a really good plan! I'm sooooooo lazy when it comes to doing paath which is extremely horrible and even embarrassing..I really need to get my act together :s

i admit i keep a packet of long (long/lechi minus the lechi just for clarification) in my car and take that whenever my stomach feels bad lol.

Doesn't taste bad and it works better!
