veerje if ur using windows xp ,there is windows movie maker in it its default withn 3 cliks u can compress the videos

just copy paste the videos frm the cd the videos are in mpge folder(sorry for wrong spelling) when the pasting is done change the extension from dat to mpg

open windows movie maker import the file where it is when its imported,add it to storyboard

then there is aoption save to comp clik that then next then rename the file then next then give the kbps give 340 then next then itll encode and its done

if any prob is there veerje u can add daas in ur msn then we can sort out there take care.
