tht saini guy sucked at english flow and had not much to say in defense against those so called scholars who were saying "mainstream sikhs" as if dera cult is PART of sikhism.

but an interesting question was raised by the host..which was faded away by the participants...

she raised the questions.... young sikhs...young ppl.. brandishing swords.. r they religious.. ?

Sikhs (possibly sgpc) shd make a media centre and have 2-3 spokesperson (hindi/english/punjabi, 1 in each language)

and they shd participate in these TV shows from tht media centre via video-conferencing rather than going in studio.

this way when other participants r debating other sikhs can help tht spokesman with data, facts and other points to be raised in the show.

veerji, SGPC as an institution is very high in status and is representative of sikhs, badkismati hai k jo isnu chala rahay han, majority is not bothered about Panth, specially on high posts. but still media and govt take sgpc seriously. we shd rather work towards purifying sgpc rather than discarding it. get sikhs to electoral process and elect good sikhs to sgpc. jay granthi maara hovay taan gurdwara nahi dha dita janda.

Why don't Zee,Star and the rest ask their UK or US correspondents to interview us Sikhs here at least we can talk openly or would that be outside of the conspircay to defame the Panth

Why dont a lot of the rich Sikhs sponser a lot of GurSikhs to go back to India to teach people and to help the truelly oppressed Sikhs that need the support?

If we went back to India to help educate Sikhs instead of getting cheap clothes or a perfect 70 pounds of luggage then people in India would be able to wake up, only if someone is conscious can you wake them up, if someone is in a coma you could pour ice water on them and they wont even flich or budge a bit, but if they are cosciously sleeping then pouring ice water on them will wake them up the second the water is poured on them. A few people at first will multiply the consciousness and then more come in and with the people there, go around metaphorically "pouring ice water" and see the Sikh Spirit rejuvenate among alot that are derelict Sikhs.
