are their any programs to help youth deal with such issues such as rape, i know a few ppl who had bin sexually assualted by their sick cousins from india or uncles or fathers or neibours and are to scared to come out, these events hurt ppl and without help can lead to big problems in their adult life

This is a very sensitive issue, but something that does need to be adressed, This kind of abuse is all too common and people carry this burden with them all their lives without ever getting over the trauma and shock of what happened to them............

Im not sure if there are any organisations set up to help victims of such experiences.........but how great would it be set for someone to take the initiative and set up support groups for helping victims dealing with such events

It depends which country you are in.

There are many child abuse orgs in UK and US.

If you know someone is being abused - you should contact Social Services and if you are able to, take the child into care or find another Sikh that is able to.

get a gutka sahib with english translations...because reading those you will feel thankful to god...

Think about why Maharaj ji named this baani "Sukhmani"...there must be a reason... =)
