Somebody became a Bairagi (recluse), somebody a Sannyasi (mendicant). Somebody a Yogi, somebody a Brahmchari (student observing celibacy) and someone is considered a celibate.

Someone is Hindu and someone a Muslim, then someone is Shia, and someone a Sunni, but all the human beings, as a species, are recognized as one and the same.

Karta (The Creator) and Karim (Merciful) is the same Lord, Razak (The Sustainer) and Rahim (Compassionate) is the same Lord, there is no other second, therefore consider this verbal distinguishing feature of Hindusim and Islam as an error and an illusion.

Thus worship the ONE LORD, who is the common enlightener of all; all have been created in His Image and amongst all comprehend the same ONE LIGHT. 15.85.

The temple and the mosque are the same, there is no difference between a Hindu worship and Muslim prayer; all the human beings are the same, but the illusion is of various types.

The gods, demons, Yakshas, Gandharvas, Turks and Hindus… all these are due to the differences of the various garbs of different countries.

The eyes are the same, the ears the same, the bodies are the same and the habits are the same, all the creation is the amalgam of earth, air, fire and water.

Allah of Muslims and Abhekh (Guiseless) of Hindus are the same, the Puranas of Hindus and the holy Quran of the Muslims depict the same reality; all have been created in the image of the same Lord and have the same formation. 16.86.

Just as millions of sparks are created from the fire; although they are different entities, they merge in the same fire.

Just as from of waves are created on the surface of the big rivers and all the waves are called water.

Similarly the animate and inanimate objects come out of the Supreme Lord; having been created from the same Lord, they merge in the same Lord. 17.87.

Someone is Hindu and someone a Muslim, then someone is Shia, and someone a Sunni, but all the human beings, as a species, are recognized as one and the same.

There is another translation I have come across which makes much better sense. Here it is:

In other words, Waheguru is the same of all. There is no difference between Allah and Raam. Both are the same and the same light is shining within everyone everywhere. Only words are different. Subsequent panktis fit perfectly with this translation.

Waheguru is the only creator. He alone creates, sustains and destroys. Guru Sahib rejects authority of Hindu mythology gods, goddesses and other deities. Vishnu, Shiva, Brahma etc. are not gods. Guru Sahib says they are far below than God. Waheguru has created and destroyed millions of Raams, Krishnas etc. Some Sikhs believe that these deities exist and have their own realms. In that case, they wish for human life so that they can take Naam from Guru Sahib and become mukat as per Anand Sahib. Sikhs only worship One Akaal Purakh.

Do you know all the hindu gods, are they considered to be part of God. Or did God create all of them. (Shiva, Vishnu Brahma...) Or are they totally false, i don't understand.

Guroo Gobind Singh Sahib Ji Maharaj explains to us all what Vaheguroo Sahib told Guroo Ji before sending him to the world:

When I created the world in the beginning, I created the ignominious and dreadful Daityas.

Who became mad with power and abandoned the worship of Supreme Purusha(Vaheguru).6.

I destroyed them in no time and created gods in their place.

They were also absorbed in the worship of power and called themselves Ominipotednt.7.

Mahadeo (Shiva) was called Achyuta (blotless), Vishnu considered himself the Supreme.

Brahma called himself Para Brahman, none could comprehend the Lord.8.

Gurbani tells us that Vaheguroo Sahib has created countless brahmas, vishnus and shivas in an instant, nothing special about them, apart from they did bhagti but even then they do not have naam so can not become one with Vaheguroo. They were just beings created by God, that people started to consider either aspects of God, or ways to understand God, but that is completely wrong.
