Because they have nothing to do in Punjab. Who are active in Sports or Religion, they mostly dun use it. Who have nothing to do, they are using drugs....

the RSS are actually sending girls into punjab schools and universities. the girls then target sardar sikh boys and coerce or trick them into taking a very concentrated drug - but in a small amount. this drug is cannabis and heroin mixed in a deadly cocktail. in large amounts this drug causes fatality. once the boys are hooked on the drug, they continue to ingest more, and slowly destroy their lives and the lives of their familys.

i don't think it has anything to do with rss, and have to agree with the first post, that youth in punjab are spoiled and have to much time on their hands, ive seen it myself their, their parants give them everything and buy their kids what ever they want so they can show off to other family's how much money they have, and these kids take what their parants give them and get hooked on drugs and alchole
