My Dog Is Dying

A while ago my dog was diagnosed with cancer , and i think this is gonna be his final week. Can i do ardass for his soul ? Or what does sikhi say on the subject ?

Please do so by all means. I am glad that thought even crossed your mind. As I have mentioned somewhere earlier, Babaji gave me the blessing to do ardas for some cancer-dying person just 3 months ago. It has left a lasting impression on me and have changed the way I look at life now.

If you wanted to you could maybe do 5 Chaupai sahibs while sitting next to your pet, make degh, do full adrass and then give a little parshad to your pet.

Yes nothing wrong with doing ardas. Also if you still know the breeder let them know as it may be a genetic inheritance so you do not want others to go through same ordeal.
