IN the morning can you do jab ji sahib insted of all punj bani's when you have taken amrit and can you listen to them insted of reading them because most days i wake up early before school to do jab ji sahib but on the days i dont wake up can i listen to it?

Yes u can listen to them if need be, however goal is memorize them over time, so reading is encouraged. Listening to them isn't banned.

At all times u must listen to or read all five not one.....

No you cannot just listen to Jap Ji Sahib as your complete nitnem. Your complete nitnem is Sri Jap Ji Sahib, Sri Jaap Sahib, Tav Prasad Savaiye, Benti Chaupai and Full Anand Sahib.

Yes you can listen to your Nitnem if you do not know how to read punjabi, want to hear the pronunciation but you should be trying your utmost to read your Nitnem when you can. Trust me, in our daily lives we might not think we don't have time, but we have plenty.

My son - it does not take more than 30 minutes FOR ALL THE PANJ BANIS

once you remember by hearteven reciting from gutka takes nor more than

40min , its just a matter of making a habit .

When we were school going, our mother didnot give us

breakfast till we completed our nit nem , so by the time we were in our

teens we could recite by heart, After bath we would start and by the time

we were all ready with dastara and the uniform the nitnem was over.

It is not difficult , it's just a matter of making it habit
