Sat Sri Akal:

Hmmm...looks like Shastars for very rich ants... :T:

I am more interested in the link: http://www.khalsakirpans.com/ on the About Us page...which is not functional yet. The smith, Jot Singh Khalsa, is a recognized bladesmith who has made some excellent Shastars. Looking forward to seeing his Kalaa soon!!!

Keep the Sangat updated...perhaps the U.S. shall have a Kirpansmith in the U.S. who caters to the public soon!

Dear 'Khalsa' Ji and others..

Jot Singh does also make other things such as khanda pins which you can wear on your dastar, they're impressive considering that he's an american (i.e. gora) singh..and also the amount of work that he puts into making them!

If you think those were expensive, check this link out...these are too much like jewellery though!!! ALSO- these are VERY VERY EXPENSIVE!! CLICK on them to see how much they cost!

guys chill out, the guy has skill. We all are unique in one way or another. In simple words, if you dont want it, dont buy it. It may have maya, but what doesnt have maya in it? (other than bani etc). But doesnt gurmat say a gursikh such as you guys cant wear gold? You know his gold isnt just aimed at sikhs. Its not just a sikh who puts great faith in the shastar, its also the samurai of japan and others.

Gupti, any comment on this?

Sat Sri Akal:

Yeah, no disrespect to Singh Sahib's smithing skills. He was the one who forged the Sword of the Khalsa...very nice!!! See information on it here:

And his knives were sold by Spyderco, which is a VERY respectable knife company and he is a noted veteran knife smith. And he IS also a Jeweler (kinda similar in tools and skill).

Some of his work:

As the kiddies say "Mad props yo"...(ah...I feel young again...*groan*...time to put ice on my knees).
