im guess the second is when Gursikhs meet but what is a naam ladoo?

is it when u do simran while baking the ladoo

Gurmukhs who have kamai of Naam have the abilty with kirpa of akal purakh to help the seeker of Naam .

That is why Gurbani stresses on company of sadh sangat.

If you have no kumai yourself then what are you going to give away, instead you will accummulate other peoples dirt. Most people look as if they have kumai but inside there is very little going on. Those souls who are truly elevated mostly remain gupt.

People look good from the outside (bahro nirmal) but inside they are something else (jeeo mellay) and giving a hug to someone like this can only mess up your own kumai.

during naam simran and that stage cann't be known to an ordinary person.
