Im trying to remember some information which I cant remember if I read somewhere or heard it. Basically how does one recognise a sant/saint/brahmgyani/mahapursh? EG: I heard somewhere that a specific line on the hand is also a symbol or was it one finger shorter than the other, but lots of people in the world may have this.

Also Cannot find on this forum now there was a list of symbols associated with a brahmgyani. Could somebody plz confirm then again, as I cant find that post now.

Is there a difference between sant/saint/brahmgyani/mahapursh?

thankuji

Taht isn't Sant Giani Gurbachan Singh Ji, it is actually Sant Giani inderjit Singh Ji Raqbe Walae. They were the student of Sant Giani Gurbachan Singh Ji Bhindrawalae and the Ustaad of both Baba Harnam Singh Dhumma and Sant Hari Singh Ji Randhawae Walae. Their Katha is awesome

Awesome Katha

The above katha states that foundation of Sri Harmandir Sahib was laid by Guru Arjun Dev Ji. If my memory recalls, Giani Thakur Singh ji and Baba Ranjit Singh ji Dhadrianwale has said, in their kathas, that the foundation was laid by Mian Mir. Can any one shed more light on this topic.

This is a very much disputed fact and the laying of a foundation stone by Mian Mir is only mentioned in the Panth Parkash I belive whilst other granths state that Guru Arjan Dev ji laid the first stone and then asked Mian Mir to place the next.

Dhaanvaad!

Is there any katha by Sant baba Isher Singh ji Rara Sahib wale, Sant baba Gurbachan singh ji mention anything who laid the foundation of Harmandir Sahib ?
