AkhandEurope ji,

I agree with the you in regards to Sachkhand and writings of bhai sahib bhai Randhir Singh ji on subject of SachKhand. However I do not agree with comments such as, "Sant Jagjit Singh is very far from Gurmat" and I also disagree with you telling bhai N30 Singh ji which Gursikh he should follow. We can present our though on this subject then it is up to the person if they agree/disagree we cannot force our views on anyone.

It is good to have an opinion on certain subject but we must also make sure that we present our views in a respectable manner and try and not offend particular person or jathebandi/samprada.

I am a worm compared to gursikhs like Sant Jagjit Singh. The main thing in gurmat is to do naam/bani kmayee, so you could say Sant Jagjit Singh is living in the gurmat way, as he does his bhagti. However if you read my post again you will see that I meant his "views" or "vichaar" and others like him are not inline with gurmat and I showed just one particular point on this. However if I did upset anyone then I am sorry.

Sachkandh is where the Bhagats brahmgyanis Gurus Sants who practice truth reside. When a soul there stops practicing and serving Truth, they no longer vibrate at the required frequency and are sent to lower realms.

The frequency you vibrate at depends on your truth practice, the less u practice, the lower your vibration. We all go to the level we belong at.

On earth, our frequency and vibration determines which realm we connect with, whether it be a heaven or a hell realm. Hence you can live heaven on earth or hell on earth.

In the age of Kalyug, the psychology has more or less become collective due to people's attachment to each other and BS society. The collective psychology has become hell on earth where the majority of the population live a hellish psychology.  It is truly the blind leading the blind.

People live in maya I.e jealousy and envy of each other, lust of each other, attachment to each other, ego and anger and selfish pride and greed. People slander backstab and fight with each other. People will act good to each other and gossip and act in maya behind closed doors.

When you become a societal outcaste, shunning the expectations of society and you stop reacting in maya and start being positive and truthful, ie applying Gurbani to your life 100%, you detach from the rubbish and detach from the negativity and lift your vibration.

It takes one star to light up the sky which is why Gurbani tell us to follow the Satguru. The teachings of Gurbani/ Guru are the light of this age and applying it 100% we are able to release the bonds of societal BS and live in our True state.

The kind of abrahamization of Sikhi is ludicrous LOL

Sachkhand is not a physical place like heaven  , its an avastha you can say , a final state reached by devotees.

Its a state where there's no duality , no sorrow or joy can affect you . Its like deep sleep , except you're aware.

Osingh what do you mean that not everywhere is sachkand, are you trying to say there is a place where God doesnt not reside, i think you need to re-think that.

why ? the creation resides within the creator  , the creator is the superset whereas we are just a subset

There's a strange trend going on where when you don't agree with something, you don't reference Gurbani, Sikh history, theology, or Sikh saints.

You just call it "Abrahamic", or alternatively "Brahministic".

Again, said with no reference whatsoever.

If you had bothered to read the excellent posts of @N30S1NGH here and here, you would realize that some Sikh saints believe Sachkhand to be a state, others a place.

In the end, the only way you'll reach Sachkhand (the place or the state) is through Naam Simran (mediation).

So what's the point of fighting?

    • I agree we're not born with sin like the Christians think. Also I agree we have effects of karma. But Gurbani does state that the body contains both sin and charity (goodness): ਕਾਇਆ ਅੰਦਰਿ ਪਾਪੁ ਪੁੰਨੁ ਦੁਇ ਭਾਈ ॥ Within the body are the two brothers sin and virtue. p126 Actually, we do need to be saved. Gurbani calls this "udhaar" (uplift). Without Satguru, souls are liable to spiritual death: ਜਿਨਾ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਨ ਭੇਟਿਓ ਸੇ ਭਾਗਹੀਣ ਵਸਿ ਕਾਲ ॥ p40 Those who have not met Satguru Purakh are unfortunate and liable to death. So, yeah, we do need to be saved, and Guru ji does the saving. The reason Satguru is the one to save is because God has given Satguru the "key" (kunji): ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਹਥਿ ਕੁੰਜੀ ਹੋਰਤੁ ਦਰੁ ਖੁਲੈ ਨਾਹੀ ਗੁਰੁ ਪੂਰੈ ਭਾਗਿ ਮਿਲਾਵਣਿਆ ॥੭॥ In the True Guru's hand is the key. None else can open the door. By perfect good fortune the Guru is met. p124
    • That's unfortunate to hear. Could you give any more information? Who was this "baba"? He just disappeared with people's money? Obviously, you should donate your money to known institutions or poor people that you can verify the need of through friends and family in Punjab.
    • Sangat ji,  I know a family who went Sevewal to do seva sometimes end of 2019. They returned last year in great dismay and heart broken.  To repent for their mistakes they approached panj pyaare. The Panj gave them their punishment / order to how t make it up which, with Kirpa, they fulfilled.  They were listening to a fake Baba who, in the end, took all the "Donations " and fled sometime over a year ago. For nearly 4 years this family (who are great Gursikhs once u get to know them) wasted time and effort for this fake Baba. NOT ONLY this one fam. But many, many did worldwide and they took their fam to do seva, in village Sevewal, city Jaitho in Punjab. In the end many families lost money in thousands being behind this Baba. The family, on return, had to get in touch with all the participants and told them to stop.  I am stating this here to create awareness and we need to learn from whom we follow and believe. It's no easy but if we follow the 3 S (Sangat, Simran and Seva) we will be shown the light. As I am writing this the family in question have been doing the same since 2008 onwards and they fell for this Baba... it is unbelievable and shocking.  This am writing in a nutshell as am at work on my break so not lengthy but it deserves a great length.  Especially the family in question, who shed light on youngsters about Sikhi 20 plus years!!
    • Giani Kulwant Singh Jawaddi Kalan uses simple Punjabi.
    • Leaving aside Guru ji, the general question of taking afeem (opium) in limited quantities for war/medical wounds is simply unproblematic. When you go to the hospital, they give you morphine. What do you think morphine is? It's an opiate. Even codeine (cough syrup) is an opiate! Ever had a cough? Granted, it is against Gurmat to take opium or other drugs for the fun of it.
