Khalistan Shirts/bumper Stickers Etc...

Recommended Posts

Why is there a lack of them ? It says a lot that you will see many apne wearing India cricket shirts, whilst a Khalistan shirt is rare to find even on the web.

You'd think that with many affluent Sikhs, there would be an abundance of things available to us.

I would think to reduce serious messages / causes to such crassly commercial and cheap (not financially btw) forms such as bumper stickers and t-shirts, harms the integrity of the message. I know for a fact there'll be some who'll adorn such labels without knowing exactly what they're wearing. What would the purpose of that be?

When was the last time you saw people wearing 'Free Sudan' t-shirts when doing their weekly shop, or people having 'Justice for Victims of Rwandan Genocide' bumper stickers on their cars?

Okay, so you mean purely from a sporting perspective? Oh well I suppose that is different! I was approaching the situation from a political viewpoint, i.e. in terms of the many thousands of lost lives and the ongoing struggle of Sikhs to gain their homeland.

I guess you have a point! :biggrin2:

Whilst we don't have a recognised state, we will always be seen as Indian. As a lot of our community is uneducated about its own identity/history we need to have such things to show who we are i.e not Indian.

India is a place not a race. It is frustrating to be called Indian.

I like your idea... But you need proper designs for stickers etc.

You don't want a cheap job. Btw, the real Khalistan flag is the Nishaan Sahib (yellow), rather than the yellow&blue flag.

Most people who have a negative view towards Khalistan and Sant Bhindranwale are ignorants! They believe in what the biased media fed them. However, they should do their own research. I have seen these kind of people form a negative view towards those who put Sant Bhindranwale stickers on their cars or wear Sant Bhindranwale and Khalistan tees. Hell, my own mother is one of them. I bought a large poster of Sant Bhindranwale from Amritsar last summer to hang in my room. And both my mother and my little brother hate the poster. They both view him as an extremist. My mother blames Post-1984, which resulted in the death of her dear brother, on Sant Bhindranwale. My brother simply is biased his view on my mothers. People need to research instead of being ignorant and relying on biased information.

However, there are some who yell slogans and wear tees of KHALISTAN ZINDABAD when all they know is that Khalistan is the call for a separate Sikh Nation. But they do not know why Khalistan is needed and how India is discriminating against Sikhs and Punjab. These people also need to educate themselves so that when others ask them about Sant Bhindranwale and Khalistan, they are ready to give answers and have discussions.

In regards to a "sport" tee of Khalistan. clearly Khalistan isn't a politically recognized state.. thus its lack of national sport teams.

and lastly, I HATE TO BE CALLED AN INDIAN. i would rather say I PROUD TO BE A KHALISTANI!

    • Gandhi have Shia muslim family blood...I read that Nerhu was practicing Muslim but kept secret from  public. The had cosy realtionship with muslims.  It funny now to see Hinduvatas now wanting majority Hindu country. Should have listened to Sant Bhindranwale, would've been better off. Karma. Even with what happening in UK...with Pakistani takeover...they'd one who caused most damage to Sikhi...and division of majority Sikhi population Punjab...
    • They gone on about the partition as it was a sad romantic story..when reality it was hell, esp for Sikhs we lost the most...only benefit we got was despite what these sanjha punjabis may think we'd never would have been able to live together in 'peace'. They need to look into reality not Bollywood love stories. As if we'd they'd be ok with Sikh girls marrying Muslim Man because 'Punjabi's comes first to them. I know families where Singh Dastar fathers killed their own daughters because they couldn't bear the journey. Some couldn't live with the guilt and ended up killing themselves. Muslims gangs would come to villages and loot and 2nd rape the women. Many Sikh women were jumped into wells and ones who didn't want to convert Islam, their breasts were chopped off and gang raped, forced conversion. There was a document were a Sikh grandfather was crying how'd the Muslims would come pick up the kirpan's and start killing them showing no mercy. Those times the Sikh families would be huge in 12+ members, mostly killed only couple would make out alive.  The ones who cry about sanjha punjab as usually those sjw communists Islamist apologist Sikhs...yet you'd never see Pakistanis crying about Punjab or wanting a united Punjab where all 'faiths one lived together happily' lol
    • The muslims got their cake and ate it during partition. 1/3 of their population was in Pakistan, 1/3 in Bangladesh and they still left 1/3 in India. The Hindus made a massive blunder letting them stay behind in such massive numbers.
    • I walked to the park (fresh air, excercise,  Vitamin D). Went to the jungle jim. Did some dips, pull ups, push ups, bulgarian splits, pistol squats. Then I ran around the park (1 lap), then walked back home. Now I am going to do cool down stretching and some yoga.
    • No wonder you seem hyper, lol. Drop that 5h1t. Drink water. Don't go overboard, just sip throughout the day.
