When your sitting down eg at home etc sit cross legged. More you sit cross legged the more your legs will adjust to sitting like this for longer. I used to have same problem but started sitting cross legged whenever I could; now I can sit cross legged for ages. hope that tip helps.

foot falls asleep due to lack of cirulation. you may notice your leg putting pressure on your ankle area. try lifting your knees up a bit, straightening the back and doing some hip stretch exercises, or try switching legs (swap left and right legs in cross legged position).

Am pretty physically fit no belly fat. But i have problem sitting crossed legged. my feet fall asleep after 10 minutes and the tingly sensation under the feet ruins my concentration. Any tips to improve this.

Theres's a very good and effective trick to tackle that.

The next time it happens you should just sit on one hand for a about 20 seconds, any hand it doesn't matter.

Within that time of about 15-20 seconds it should competely vanish.
