for hurting the religious sentiments of Sikh's and lowering the image of S Fauja Singh, the icon / hero of the Sikh's.

Next date is, 1st Sept 2012 for evidence of Amardeep Singh, the complainant.

These monkeys only apologised because there was the threat of a criminal complaint. On the Asian network, Nihal gave them enough chances to apologise for the sketch especially the use of the beard to wipe the face. They point blank refused to apologise. They claimed freedom of expression but now they complain when Facebook users use their own freedom of expression to abuse them and their families! Typical for Indians, they can dish it out but can't take it.
