Is Damascus steel sarbloh?

There is this kirpan that is made of Damascus steel and has koftgari on it and it's for cheap too!Can I wear it as a regular kirpan?Its about nine inches.

Steel contains iron and thus is also classified as Sarbloh. Many of the puratan shastar were made out of a wide arrays of different steel/iron combinations. There are a lot of different kids.

I don't think Guru Gobind SIngh Ji's khanda was of wootz, I think it was falaudi or scayla. The kataran and other shaster were wootz I think.

This is just my speculation from looking at the pictures.
