bhagauti is akal purakh's taktt or strength which destroys malesh or wicked

during satyug this bhagauti helped raam to destroy wicked ravan and this bhagauti helped durga to defeat mahekasur and now this bhagauti resides in sri sahib of khalsa

you can say that if god/akal purakh is sun and rays coming through it is bhagauti

the energy of god which through living beings is called bhagauti or chandi

by my meek knowledge i think bhagauti is same as adi shakti but i am not sure
