Although I don't live in the USA I think George Bush should win the next election. In 2000 I wanted the democratic party guy to win but I'm glad that George Bush became the president rather than the other guy. You might not admire his politics but they way George Bush dealt with the Taliban after 9/11 shows he's not adverse to making difficult decisions. Whatever the reason for the attack on Iraq it is because all the Muslim terrorists are flocking to fight the US army there that there hasn't been an attack within the USA. If the USA hadn't gone into Afghanistan or Iraq you would have repeats of 9/11 in the USA at least once a year. The way Bush has put forth his doctrine that either you are with the USA or with the terrorists have made many lukewarm supporters of terrorism like Pakistan and Saudi fight Islamic terrorism in their own countries.

The world is going through a difficult time at the moment. You have a religion like Islam which wants to dominate the world and all Muslims whether the extremists like Ossama or the moderates are working to the same end. Kerry as US president would be a disaster, he doesn't have the guts to make the difficult choices. If Kerry had been president when 9/11 happened I doubt he would have been as proactive as Bush in going after the terrorists, most probably he would have tried to disengage from the rest of the world and lead America back into isolationism.

Sat Sri Akal:

Bikramjit Singh Ji, he has sacrificed half of the civil rights in this country to do it. Also, nobody is safe from being taken into custody without any charges, thanks to new laws. Not to mention the invasion of Iraq, which has absolutely no basis besides oil. If they want to liberate people, go to countries like Sudan, where genocides are a daily occurance.

Dude Bush messed up big time. Saddam Hussein hated the Islamic fundamentalists. He kept all the sheiks and mullahs in check. Now we will have another Iran situation. In Iran, America put their puppet the Shah in power, he got overthrown, then it becmae a cruel islamic state. Now America will make someone the president, even if a leader is fairly elected in Iraq the people will always view the person as a puppet of america. The once suppressed fundamentalists will take over and Iraq qill become another rogue Islamic state with hatred towards the West. When sadam was in power did you people ever hear of all these sheiks with personal armies? Never. Bush screwed up, he said Iraq would have become strong but Kerry shot him down by saying it was impossible for Iraq to become strong as 2/3 of the country was in a no-fly zone!!

Instead of catching the coward Bin Laden, Bush went after his daddy's enemy Sadam. If america wants to spread liberty like Bush said in the debate, look at india. India has Nukes and has the blood of over 250,000 people on their hands. Look at Pakistan, they have Nukes and have terrorists training camps. i swear the day oil ends up in Punjab, Khalistan will be made over night. America will be there in a heart beat.

if u really look into it deeply. kharakoos in punjab back in 84 and stuff and the islamic guys these days. had no difference in their beliefs. other than suicide wich kharakoos didnt doo alot, they just wanted a seperate land and some freedom. and now, the muslim fanatics want the same thing. wuts wrong with that. im not sayin 9/11 was right. but everything that bush has said that Could attack the us. is plain bs. he wants the oil thats all. thats the way the government is, their selfish brats every single one of them. usama has been the only islamic guy ive disagreed with. hes a lil coo coo in the head. but the palestinians etc. are not fighting for anything wrong. and for people like bikramjit singh that voted for bush. no offense but please come and live in this country. media has made people believe alot of stupid stuff even in america. and since ure living somewhere else. thats like the double whammy of stupid media. first americas then where ever u live.

I live in the UK. We don't get much American media here and my views are based on what I have read and my life experience. If anything the media here in the UK is more critical of US policy than in most

countries. The BBC supports kerry to the hilt and most programmes here which are produced by left wing Liberals waste no opportunity in dissing Bush as an ignorant redneck without any redeeming qualities.

There is a world of difference between what the Kharkoos did and what the Muslims like Ossama or the Palestinians or the Chechens are doing!. You sound like a young guy so you should ask someone in their 30's or 40's who lived through 1984 rather than make silly connections between Kharkoos and Muslim terrorists. Did the Kharkoos ever take hundreds of school kids hostage and then shoot them dead? Did they behead foreigners working in Panjab and then post their videos on the internet? I suggest you view one of the over dozen videos of these beheadings that are on the internet and then say that these people can be compared to Kharkoos.

1. Palestinians aren't just interested in getting their own country, they want the destruction of Israel. They were getting 99% percent of what they could hope to achieve in the last years of Clinton's presidentcy but they said no because they wanted Jerusalem as their capital. So now they have had 5 years of killings and counter killings. If we had Khalistan today do you think it would give away Nankana Sahib if it was in it's territory to some other country? The reason I support Israel is because the Jews managed to do in 1948 what the Sikhs failed to do in 1947 ie get their own country by force of arms and even though they were a minority they managed to take control of all of their holy places. In contrast we Sikhs failed miserably because we placed out hopes in the hands of others. We Sikhs should be studying the strategy that the Jews used so successfully rather than crying over the Palestinians and their fate.

2. Chechens had autonomy between 1996-1999 and what happened? They started raids into Russia and taking hostages such as at a hospital in Russia. They also started a terrorist campaign outside Chechnya. The Russians went into Ch

echnya after 200 odd civilians were killed in terrorist attacks by Chechens.

The so-called war for oil is a liberal red herring. USA has spent hundreds of billions of dollars on the war and it's aftermath and what has it got in return? The oil which it controls will after the elections become the property of the Iraqi people. Do you think that the Iraqi govt will be giving away free oil to the US? Of course not, by the time the elections come around in Iraq the US will have spent hundreds of billions of dollars more and get virtually nil in return apart from Iraq being a secure state.
