I'm surprised that many of you think this is new news !

Some of us have known about it for last few years. This saroop was found in the british collections amongst thousands of texts they bought over from India.

If I remember correctly...they said back then that about one third or nearly half of it was in bad and worn condition due to lack of preservation.

There was some sikh heritage association from UK that were going to work on it's restoration.

I have no idea how far they got or if they are still working on it.

You guys need to find out and contact them for the real information.. ..I think they are called british sikh heritage foundation/organization or something like that.

And who do we give it to? Yes, in an ideal world we would take possession of it. But our leaders would not know how to look after it.

On who?

i did not get exactly what u mean veerji?

DeathfearsKhalsa... I'm saying we are losing the ART of hand written Saroops, Printing presses lead to so many extra Saroops...

S4NGH the museum

Koi - A satkar group can be made... then after given to Akal Thakt Sahib.
