also,

whats our take on drugs such as weed? its a natural drug and a plant and im sure it was used in war times by sikhs and im sure nihangs still use it today, so whats the deal with it, i kinda wanna try it just to know what being high feels like so i can compare it to my experience with naam, and also so i dont look like a hypocrit in philosophy class when i tell people that you can get high of naam or have a religious experience similar to a high when you meditate.

Are we allowed to even talk about this?

Smoking anything is a bujjar Kurehat. Sukha however was only to be taken in times of war by Nihang Singhs, those among their samparda who take it for purposes of leisure or philosophical enrichment are abusing it.

I don't smoke or anything, I'm just curious-- do you know how bujjer kurehits work for non-amritdharis?

A non-Amritdhari has not technically made a promise to adhere to the rehat maryada, as a Khalsa has. Therefore they cannot really be punished for a kurehat, which arises when one violates the rehat. Ideally though, all Sikhs should refrain from committing a bujjar kurehat, irrespective of whether or not they have received Pahul. No good can come of any of them.
