nah the church of rome rewrote christianity to suit their pagan ways ...the essene gospels prove that Jesus said the commandment thou shalt not kill is an abbreviation introduced by Rome , it is supposed to be thou shalt not kill any living creature. even Jews know that the divine diet is the fruit and seed of the plants as given in Eden by Akal Purakhto Adam and Eve ...it was part of their punishment to eat meat when they were expelled and cursed that they would not be able to geminate seed.

You do realize that Jews have Kosher as almost a requirement for their diet, (it's basically their holy food).

kosher is the method of food prep according to cleanliness rules of Jewish custom , includes separation of dishes, pans and storage , in fact the stricter peeps have seperate kitchens for cooking maas and cooking and eating dairy they don't mix them . The method of slaughter is referred to as kosher as a kind of shorthand for saying it is permissible to eat like Halal.

However if they go according to Torah then they should have a compassionate diet ...(eden )
