Times are changing though. Last year I saw this Singh with a dhari and dhumalla kissing his wife/girlfriend while going up the escalator in a shopping centre,  you see goreh doing that sometimes lol

I do that all the while. If someone's looking, I give them a nasty 'mind your own business' stare. Me and my missus don't get chance often because of our busy lives. A couple of hours in mall involves lunch, coffee, chit chat, holding hands and the occasional 'squeeze'   Anyone gotta problem with that or I see 'eyeing' my gorgeous wife, 'i'll smack em up  right there.

Me and wife have a VERY strong spiritual relationship. the love we experience between us is the love for satguru. Only that love is true and we realise that it's the "truth" in each of us that we both love.   TBH. I do love her looks and figure as well lol.

In this day and age, wedding rings signify to others that you are married. At least so in the western world.

Go back a few hundred years. How could you tell if someone was married? I vaguely recall women would dress differently, wear jewellery and chooria, and have a red marking in their hairline. Did this carry over into Sikhi? Did married Sikh women have any symbols to show they were married?

I don’t think its Gurmat and no benefit other then showing off. I am not going to wear it ?

That's good, I'm not gonna wear one either. I once wore a ring I got from India and didn't like wearing it, my finger felt like it was stuck and wanted some air
