As per Sikh History, Guru Nanak Dev ji did Sacha Sauda by disobeying father Mehta Kalu ji so it is confusing !

Its not confusing. If the parents are wrong you whould rebel. If they are right, then dont argue.

I know you have a tendency to twist the meaning of a shabad to suit your life style.  But don't.  Keep your twisted mind to yourself.   Go party do whatever,  just don't twist Bani.

Are these Gurbani Tuks contradictory to the topic or are they meant for Higher level students

Anyway the story or Sakhi has it's plus as well as minus.

Showing compassion & giving charity is good Karma.

But with Daddy da paisa doesn't seem appropriate; kids should be taught to earn then donate.

There should be a present day Revision of All Sikh Sakhis (2020 version)
