VJKK VJKF Hey did neone in the UK go to the keertan in the park 2004 event in Gunnersbury Park on Saturday 28th August?! It was wkd man...! I was listening to Punjabi radio program and the lady kept talking about how Punjabi is not a progressive language and how it is holding the community back. She kept on and on with her nonsense about how people get so many problems because of Punjabi and how the youth was not learning anything from the Gurdwaras because Punjabi is spoken. So one Sikh calls them and says "Punjabi is the best language in the world. Guru Sahibans chose this language which is the language of the people and easily understood. back then was waaaay different. ppl didn’t attend higher education or have much to do after the age of like… 13, lol. you’d have 13 year olds boys and girls that know how to do kethi, cook entire meals, etc nowadays even 22 year olds are extremely immature and can be sheltered. the average person doesn’t know how to do anything except their 9-5 which they are probably half arsing as well. -

Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras. The truth is that they weren't goats. It was she-goats (ਬਕਰੀਆਂ). He jhatka'd she-goats. Not he-goats." Wow. This is possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard in relation to Sikhi.
