I work in IT Field and lots of my coworkers are indian and they are always bring food from home and insist for me to eat what they have bring ... I have been nicely saying no ..but now some of my coworkers who are pure Vigetarian and they don't eat meat or eggs .. and they are asking me take a little .. Can I eat from them.. I feel bad for keep saying NO to everything they are bringing .. What are your guys thoughts

its been quite sometime since i have been reading posts on sikhsangat.com referring to different castes by by derogatory slangs.I am sure the guys who mark such posts would refrain from calling blacks "nigger" for fear of "rascist" vibes. Sikhs say that the others being rascist to them when they call a sikh a taliban .But why do they fail to analyse their own actions when they refer to a khatri as "bhaaappe" or "bania' and a ramgarhia as "tarkhan",mazhabi sikhs as "churaas".When the other castes have not invented derogatory slangs for jats.Does it all imply that khatris,ramgarhias and mazhabis had absolutely no rule to play in the progress of the sikh religion. I have worn a turban alll my life and have hated most of it. I find as though it gets in the way of my every day life such when playing sports it tends to fall off my head and if I do have it tight on my head I tend to feel dizzy and in unable to play team sports properly such as rugby and football which makes my teammates very pissed with me and has also led my to failing to get onto the school team. Vaheguru ji ka Khalsa Vaheguru ji ki Fateh I was just wondering if anyone could help me, every time i sit down to do my Nitnem or any bani i get a pain in my head and it only happens at this time not normally through out the day. it feels like there pressure on my head, i don't know how to explain it properly but its really putting me off doing my nitnem. Ever since these head pains started my nitnem has started to take way longer than it used to and that puts me off doing anything else because iI just want these pains to stop.. back then was waaaay different. ppl didn’t attend higher education or have much to do after the age of like… 13, lol. you’d have 13 year olds boys and girls that know how to do kethi, cook entire meals, etc nowadays even 22 year olds are extremely immature and can be sheltered. the average person doesn’t know how to do anything except their 9-5 which they are probably half arsing as well. -

Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras.
