What does a sikh guy do if hes in a marriage where his wife wont sleep with him. Its been a few years but then 9 months since the last time. We live like house mates, seperate bedrooms, absolutley no intimacy whatsoever. There is absolutley no family support. Theres just two of us in our home. Hi there, I'm having problems waking up, for the past few months i am struggling to wake up for amritvela and then waking up late for work, causing me to only listen to my nitem on the pc instead of reading it. I have tried loads of alarm reminders but to no avail i cannot just get out of my bed. I have been doing ardas everyday for me to wake up early but it just isnt happening.. Any help?

Hello everyone, So earlier this year my parents found a girl for me who I might marry. I am from the United States and she is from India. Her family is Gursikh and I talk to them frequently on the phone. She told me that they wished my Punjabi was better because I have trouble speaking it (pronunciation and such). Going rate for ardaas??? After spending nearly 2 weeks in hospital after having triplets a friend of mine on their way home thought it would be a nice idea to go to a gurudwara (in the midlands) and do ardaas for the new babies before they went home. Upon asking for this the Gianni advised that it would cost £51 for each of the babies to do this???!!!! after asking a few times they were told £51 each. Now they did not have £153 on them in cash so just did mathaa teek and left. Suffice to say this has put a sour taste in all our mouths. How can they charge so much money to do ardaas for new babies. back then was waaaay different. ppl didn’t attend higher education or have much to do after the age of like… 13, lol. you’d have 13 year olds boys and girls that know how to do kethi, cook entire meals, etc nowadays even 22 year olds are extremely immature and can be sheltered. the average person doesn’t know how to do anything except their 9-5 which they are probably half arsing as well. -

Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras.
