I just can't wake myself up and it's driving me insane. Because I'm not doing bani then I'm suffering major depression and anxiety. I've posted this before to but got no answers. Please sangat ji. Need your opinion. I'm on construction. I sweat and gatra gets wet and smelly. Also its in the way sometimes. I have all my 5 KS on me at all times. But I would like to put my kirpan in a sheath, like a holster which the belt goes through. Or even clips on to my belt. I'm aware the gatra is not a kakaar, but obviously the kirpan is. What is your opinion? Just to be clear I wear my kirpan and gatra at home, sleep, shower, gurdwara, pretty much everywhere else.

vjkk vjkf! i do not think im going to go to India anytime soon...I realy want the i think its called mala braclet thing..you know the braclet withthe beads..as i heard it helps concentration..but i do not know where to buy it from..I live in the States. THe deep south i should say. I also need a kirpan.planning on taking amrit this year... Im sure I can get one from my panj pyara or from a freind. But a website would be helpful. I have always got told that when someone takes Amrit all their sins are erased. So if a person has done seva and kamaye (earned spiritual wealth) is that also erased after you have taken Amrit? Or dose you kameye stay with you and only your sins are erased?

Accidentally ate beef

My dad brought me some tacos from taco bell and one of them was a shell taco. He said it was fully vegetarian with no meat and it had beans instead of beans. After I hate 3 of them, I doubted that this kind of "beans" is meat. So I went on the Taco Bell menu online and saw the same exact picture of the food I was eating and it said "Soft beef". I got really scared and tried to throw up all of the meat inside of me and now I feel guilty. Guru sahib is very mad at me. I am also an amritdhari sikh. I don't know what to do in this kind of situation and I'm not fully sure if its beef or beans. Please help me out and what should I do to get the love of my Guru back!? PLEASE....…

back then was waaaay different. ppl didn’t attend higher education or have much to do after the age of like… 13, lol. you’d have 13 year olds boys and girls that know how to do kethi, cook entire meals, etc nowadays even 22 year olds are extremely immature and can be sheltered. the average person doesn’t know how to do anything except their 9-5 which they are probably half arsing as well. -

Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras. The truth is that they weren't goats. It was she-goats (ਬਕਰੀਆਂ). He jhatka'd she-goats. Not he-goats." Wow. This is possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard in relation to Sikhi.
