   Exactly a year a go I failed a uni exam ansd ever since i've felt like a total failure. Immediately after that exam i was severely depressed for several months. I became really unsociable (didn't want to see/talk to friends). I even felt jealous of them), I used to cry for no reason at random times, I felt as though the whole world was against me. I felt as though I was the ugliest person in the world and nobody would ever want to spend their life with me (unless if i have plastic surgery which I can't yet afford). Even the thought of suicide crossed my mind, however I knew that this was wrong- Guru ji has blessed me with a life and I have no right to end it, only He …

   The most recent newbie on the site is worried boy aka anti peado singh The content on this website in relation to a particular thread over the last few days.. has been very upsetting.. Grow up singhs.... stop being so childish.. What are you trying to achieve? Is this how Guru Gobind Singh Jee wanted his Singhs to be?    WAHEGURU JI KA KHALSA WAHEGURU JI KI FATEH i was reading this story and thought of sharing it.... and really this story did open my eyess! A man was walking along the dusty footpath one day. As he was walking he fell into a well!! It was quite a deep well but it had no water inside it, hence there was no way out! The man thought to himself "how am I going to get myself out of this well?" Then all of a sudden, a long rope came down from above... The man thought "what a stroke of luck!! Thank God for that!!"     Hi, I'm new here. I recently I read a Science book, which points out poeple my age (16) should sleep at least 10-11 hours. THis explains my lack of concentration in studies and stuff I wake up at 5am, going to stay gupt so no hankar, so I only sleep for 6 - 7 hours - that's if i am lucky. So what shall I do? Can't sleep earlier because of work,just about sleep at 10 and can't wake up later because of Amritvela. Help! What should I do?
