An Adelaide hotel owner wishes to meet and offer an apology to a Riverland Sikh man after he was told to remove his turban while visiting the hotel's dining room. The Riverland Sikh Society secretary, Saroop Singh Johal, says he was embarrassed and humiliated by the incident. The Cross Keys Hotel licensee, Peter Condon, was not present last month when Mr Johal was asked to remove his turban by the hotel's manager.
