umm... no.... u guys are just assuming that there's some kind of liquid in there. There isn't. The only thing you said was that it's twice as big as needs to be. That means that it only needs to be half the size. That don't mean there's liquid in it. Which means it can't be half full, cause there's nothing in it to begin with.... The engineer is just high and doesn't like the size of the cup...
