I was watching Star News on channel 803 Sattelite Digital Channel (Sky), and a joke was said regarding Daljeet Singh Bittu, about him want to get married.

It was said that he is life sentenced because he has been classified as a Atahankvadi (Terrorist), they also mentioned 1984, operation blue star.

Does anyone have any info on this because I'm confused. Is Daljeet Singh only classified as terrorist because of 1984?

Daljeet Singh Bittu was the head of Sikh Students Federation and killed many dushts and is serving a life sentance for killing Ashok Bedi who along with his father ssp RK Bedi was responsible for torturing and killing many Sikh youths
